At MAXFIT, we have created an affordable, alternative and unique style of trainng to suit all ages and fitness Levels. Our style of training produces great results for all health and fitness goals using a wide variety of training techniques. MAXFIT specialises in 1-on-1 personal training, fat loss and muscle gain, group classes and self defence training.

We run group classes Monday to Friday at both 6 am and 6 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we run 9 am classes to suite the lifestyle you lead. If you are looking to gain more strength, tone and muscle we hold weight specific classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm. On Saturday we run a "Challenge Day" class at 7am where we set a daily challenge and work around that specific challenge. On Sunday we run an alternative style class at 10am we use
